HOTEL REGULATIONS

The owner and administrator of the Hotel is Endhotel Bielany Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Bielany Wrocławskie, ul. Sosnowa 34, 55-040 (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”). These Regulations specify the scope of services provided, liability and rules governing stays on the Hotel premises and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded by signing the Guest Registration Card, as well as through implied actions, in particular by making a reservation and/or paying an advance payment or the full amount due for the stay at the Hotel. By performing any of the above-mentioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of these Regulations.
  1. The Regulations are available for inspection at the Hotel reception and on the website www.endhotel.pl.
  2. The Hotel provides accommodation, catering, conference and other services in accordance with its business profile, category and standard.
  3. Descriptions of the services, in particular rooms, as well as the price list of services, are available on the Hotel’s website www.endhotel.pl.
  4. A hotel room is rented on a hotel-day basis.
  5. The hotel day begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. the following day. A Guest wishing to extend their stay should notify the reception by 9:00 a.m. on the day on which the room rental period expires. The Hotel will accommodate such a request subject to room availability. Staying in the room after 10:00 a.m. is treated as an extension of the stay. If the Guest vacates the room by 4:00 p.m., a fee will be charged for each hour in accordance with the current price list. If the room is vacated after 4:00 p.m., a fee for a full hotel day will be charged according to the current price applicable to the particular room standard.If no arrangements have been made with the Hotel regarding an extension of the stay, the Hotel reserves the right to move the Guest’s belongings to the luggage storage facility.
  6. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend a Guest’s stay if the Guest has not previously made full payment for the stay to date, has failed to comply with the Regulations, or for other justified reasons.
  7. The basis for concluding an agreement for hotel services is the Guest’s registration at the reception based on a passport, permanent residence card or identity card of a European Union Member State, providing the personal data specified in the Guest Registration Card and signing the completed Card.
  8. Hotel Guests consent to the processing of their personal data necessary for the provision of hotel services. Personal data is processed by the Hotel in accordance with applicable laws and the privacy policy published on the Hotel’s website. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude an agreement for hotel services.
  9. A hotel Guest may not make their room available to third parties, including during their stay.
  10. Visitors to hotel Guests may stay in the room between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
  11. Quiet hours at the Hotel are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
  12. Detailed terms and conditions for room reservations and cancellations are included in the reservation confirmation.
  13. The Hotel reserves the right to collect payment for the stay no later than on the Guest’s arrival day.
  14. If a Guest cancels their stay during the stay, the Hotel will not refund the fee for the commenced hotel day.
  15. The Hotel has a statutory right of lien over items brought into the Hotel by the Guest in the event of the Guest’s delay in settling payment for the stay or failure to pay for services provided.
  16. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for all goods and services ordered and/or used during their stay. In the event of non-payment for such goods or services, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the payment card provided by the Guest during the reservation/stay.
  17. In the event of a violation of these Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide further services to the person who has violated them. Such person is obliged to immediately comply with the Hotel’s requests, settle all charges for services provided to date, pay for any damage or destruction caused and leave the Hotel premises.
  18. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, seriously violated the Hotel Regulations by causing damage to Hotel property or to Guests, causing personal injury to Guests, Hotel employees or other persons staying at the Hotel, or otherwise disturbing the peace at the Hotel or behaving in a manner that creates a risk of causing such damage.
  19. At the Guest’s request, the Hotel provides the following services free of charge:
    • providing information related to the stay and travel;
    • wake-up calls at a specified time;
    • storage of Guest luggage for a maximum of 24 hours;
    • ordering a taxi.
  1. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept, on behalf of a Hotel Guest, parcels, including courier deliveries, unless the Hotel has previously agreed to accept them and has been granted the appropriate authorization.
  2. At the request of Guests staying at the Hotel, additional equipment may be provided in selected room types, such as a baby cot, in accordance with the current offer and price list of the Hotel.
  3. The hotel Guest bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical installations belonging to the Hotel, as well as property belonging to other Guests, caused through the fault of the Guest, their visitors or animals staying with them. The hotel Guest is liable for the actual loss and lost profits incurred by the Hotel (e.g. the need to withdraw rooms from sale for the duration of damage repair). The Hotel reserves the right to individually assess the cost of damage, proportionate to the Hotel’s standard, depending on the work required to remedy the damage.
  4. Whenever leaving the room, the Guest should, for safety reasons, switch off the television, turn off the lights, close the taps and make sure that the door is locked.
  5. The terms and conditions governing the stay of children and minors are described in the Policy on Children’s Stays at EndHotel.
  6. The Hotel is liable for the loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified in Articles 846–851 of the Polish Civil Code. The Guest should notify the Hotel reception of any damage immediately after discovering it. The Hotel’s liability is excluded where the damage resulted from the characteristics of the item brought into the Hotel, force majeure, or the fault of the injured person or a person accompanying or visiting them.
  7. The Hotel is liable for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value only if such items have been deposited for safekeeping at the Reception.
  8. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept into the hotel deposit significant amounts of money, items of considerable value and/or items exceeding the storage capacity of the hotel deposit.
  9. If a departing Guest leaves belongings at the Hotel, the Hotel will immediately notify the Guest. The Guest may collect the belongings personally or they may be sent to the Guest at their expense to the indicated address. If the Guest fails to collect the belongings and does not agree to have them sent, the Hotel will store the item for three months. After this period has expired without the item being collected, it will be donated to charitable or social purposes or disposed of. This procedure does not apply to food products, which will be stored for 24 hours and then disposed of. Documents left behind by a Guest, including an identity card or passport, will be stored by the Hotel for 14 days from the date the Guest is notified. After this period, if the Guest has not provided instructions, the documents will be handed over to the Police.
  10. Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the Hotel, including in hotel rooms and on balconies. In the event of a violation of this prohibition, the hotel Guest is obliged to cover the cost of deodorizing the premises in the amount specified in the Hotel Services Price List.
  11. For fire safety reasons, burning candles in hotel rooms and using heaters, irons or other electrical appliances that are not part of the room equipment is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for computers and telephones.
  12. It is prohibited to bring or store hazardous materials, weapons, ammunition, flammable, explosive or pyrotechnic materials on the Hotel premises, except for officers of uniformed services and other state armed formations who are legally authorized to carry such items.
  13. The Hotel reserves the right to inspect rooms once every 24 hours in order to ensure maximum comfort and safety for Guests.
  14. Selected publicly accessible areas of the Hotel are monitored by CCTV.
  15. The terms and conditions governing the stay of animals at the Hotel are described in the Hotel’s Pet Stay Regulations, available at the reception and on the website www.endhotel.pl.
  16. If a Guest has any complaints regarding the quality of services, they are requested to report them to the Reception immediately, which will allow the staff to respond and improve the quality of the services provided. Complaints concerning services provided by the Hotel should be submitted in writing and will be considered within 14 days of their receipt by the Hotel.
